Perry Ballard began his fighting career like he was shot out of a cannon, winning his first 17 fights, many of them by way of knockout! The boxer nicknamed "The Punisher" has fought all over the Eastern Seaboard, and lots of boxing fans have purchased event tickets and have had a great time watching Perry Ballard take out the competition. You can see video of Perry Ballard vs. Travis Clybourne, and this had to be a special fight for "The Punisher" because it went down in his hometown of Martinsburg, West Virginia!
