Cory Spinks Boxing Tickets

Cory Spinks started boxing when he was 7 years old, but he was learning about the sport before he could even say it.  What else would you expect when his father is a former heavyweight champion of the world?  The southpaw has certainly won more than a fair share of his boxing matches, earning the nickname "The Next Generation".  Cory Spinks' big break came when he took down Ricardo Mayorga unifying the welterweight belts, but the first title defense against Zab Judah, labeled Spinks v Judah, was pretty impressive as well.  How would you compare the fighting styles of Cory Spinks, his father Leon Spinks, and his uncle Michael Spinks?

Ricardo Mayorga Boxing Match

Ricardo Mayorga is an unforgettable character, both for being a premier boxer and for his effervescent personality.  Mayorga has dominated most of the would-be contenders that have come his way, and most of his success stems from the fact that the dude seems a little bit crazy.  Crazy in a good way, in that he thinks he's the best and that he's unbeatable, and for the most part he's been exactly right. He might be best known for this moment in the ring during Mayorga vs Forrest II, and when asked why he did this uncommon thing he responded that he wanted his opponent to know he couldn't be hurt.
