Jacksonville Jaguars Mid Season Outlook
Last season the Jacksonville Jaguars were 11-5 and won their first playoff game in 8 years. They went toe to toe with the Patriots for three quarters before finally losing. Not many teams can afford to lose more than one offensive lineman. The Jags lost four of their top six lineman before their first regular season game was over. That is not the only problem though. They need to get younger and more physical on the defensive line. The inability to run the ball and stop the run has the Jags headed for a Top 10 Pick. With a solid young nucleaus the future is bright but how soon will Jack Del Rio be on the hot seat with fans asking how long do we have to wait? With the AFC wide open in 2008 the Jaguars have certainly squandered their chances and next year will be a different situation no doubt about it.
