Nobody could watch this English comedian and not see his talent, but anybody who has enjoyed Jimmy Carr tickets will tell you that this guy pulls no punches. Watch Jimmy Carr tell a joke and at first you think "Hey, that's just wrong!", and then you start laughing because it's really funny. I've watched a lot of his clips and it got me wondering: are American comedians or British and European comedians funnier?
